According to the official series description, Fiona’s path is indelibly marked by her father, Declan. Deemed to have abandoned Fiona and her mother on her tenth birthday, Declan’s actions seem to have fueled Fiona’s anger, driving her professional success. The unexpected letter from her father sends Fiona to Ireland, where she unravels truths about her father’s life and discovers a previously unknown family. The profound twist? The abandonment story that defined her life is revealed to be a protective lie, shielding her and her mother from Declan’s dubious dealings. Fiona’s journey becomes one of uncovering the full truth and reconnecting with the father she thought she knew.

The series benefits from the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit and Ontario Creates, with AMC Studios holding worldwide distribution rights.
