The “Yellowstone” prequel “1923” has set its Season 2 premiere date at Paramount+.
The epic western series will premiere on Feb. 23, with new episodes dropping weekly thereafter. Paramount has also released two brand new teasers for the series, which can be seen below. In the teasers, the Duttons and their gargantuan ranch are under siege as Jacob Dutton declares “Our way of life is under attack.”
Harrison Ford stars as Jacob Dutton, with Helen Mirren, Brandon Sklenar, Julia Schlaepfer, Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché, Timothy Dalton and Jennifer Carpenter also starring in Season 2.

With harsh conditions and adversaries threatening to end the Dutton legacy, Spencer (Sklenar) embarks on an arduous journey home, racing against time to save his family in Montana. Meanwhile, Alexandra (Schlaepfer) sets off on her own harrowing trans-Atlantic journey to find Spencer and reclaim their love.”
It was previously announced that Paramount Network will air Season 1 of “1923” following new episodes of “Yellowstone” beginning on Dec. 8. Episode 2 of the prequel will air on Dec. 15, with two episodes airing for the following three weeks.
“Yellowstone” mastermind Taylor Sheridan created “1923” and serves as executive producer. David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Ben Richardson, Michael Friedman and Keith Cox also executive produce. The series is distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
