Great American Media’s festive return: A holiday lineup to remember

As the holiday season approaches, Great American Media is gearing up for its 4th annual Great American Christmas lineup. This year, the network promises a blend of nostalgia and new exclusive films, creating a festive atmosphere that captures the essence of Christmas. The event kicks off on October 17 on Pure Flix and October 19 on Great American Family, featuring 16 new films that are sure to warm hearts and spread holiday cheer.
Embracing the spirit of Christmas
“Christmas is a time to reflect on what matters most,” says Bill Abbott, President & CEO of Great American Media. The network aims to differentiate its Christmas offering by evoking the timelessness of classic holiday stories. These films focus on themes of faith, love, joy, and the importance of family, embodying the true spirit of the season.
Special holiday events
On Thanksgiving night, Great American Family will premiere the 2022 film I Heard the Bells, starring Stephen Atherholt, Jonathan Blair, and Rachel Day Hughes. Additionally, the network will host the 128th Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year’s Day, starting at 8 a.m. ET. Throughout the holidays, viewers can also enjoy fan-favorite films from the network’s library, including Let It Snow and When Hope Calls Christmas.
