Deborah Norville hosts the strip, which will launch in fall 2025 on CBS-owned stations \u2014 which includes the major New York, Los Angeles and Chicago markets. \t\u201cThe Perfect Line\u201d was developed with the pitch that stations could potentially pairing it with CBS Media Ventures\u2019 recent new game show \u201cThe Flip Side,\u201d hosted by Jaleel White. Following that show\u2019s launch this year, Wendy McMahon, president and CEO of CBS News and Stations, as well as CBS Media Ventures, said the distributor \u201cfound the daytime audience continues to have a huge appetite for and engagement with game shows. \t \t\u201cWe\u2019re building on that success by bringing \u2018The Perfect Line\u2019 to the marketplace, with a host everyone already knows and admires,\u201d McMahon added. \u201cDeborah is a natural hosting this show \u2013 her wit and charm resonate with audiences. The trivia game includes questions about from world events, pop culture, sports, science and other topics. Contestants are given a category and then arrange events, items or people order \u2014 such as arranging six actors in the order of their worldwide box office gross. Winners are able to create \u201cthe perfect line\u201d via that correct order, and try not to be eliminated after every round.
