\tThe complaint filed by Lively against Baldoni included text messages and emails from Baldoni and his publicity team that detail plans and a social media strategy to push back if the actress\u2019 issues on the set with her director and co-star became public knowledge. <\/p>\n
\t\u201cMr. Baldoni and his Wayfarer associates embarked on a sophisticated press and digital plan in retaliation for Ms. Lively exercising her legally-protected right to speak up about their misconduct on the set, with the additional objective of intimidating her and anyone else from revealing in public what actually occurred,\u201d the complaint reads. \t<\/p>\n
\tBryan Freedman, a lawyer for Baldoni and his production company Wayfarer Studios, has fired back at Lively\u2019s complaint in a statement. He called it \u201cshameful\u201d and full of \u201ccategorically false accusations.\u201d<\/p>\n
\tLively also received support from \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d author Colleen Hoover after the complaint was made public.
